The flight to Montreal uses Terminal 2B, so I gave up because 2A was inaccessible and I didn't have enough time. I don't understand why Air Canada uses 2A and 2B separately. Access between terminal 2 of CDG is also very poor.
Lots of connection flights
We had a flight delay and researched lounges, this one came up on the list to buy a pass. After purchasing 3 passes we were denied entry and told “there’s the door”. We were shocked at the way the receptionist spoke to us. No supervisor available. Please don’t waste your money. This person should not be in the service industry.
Waiting for my flight from Paris to Chicago, I had access to the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge. It was smaller than I expected, but I found a seat immediately. It got more crowded as time went by. That would be my only complaint…. They need more seating. The food was delicious. There was a good selection. I was there during breakfast and I had eggs, cheeses, meat, and some delicious pastries. There was a good selection of drinks too. The restrooms were clean and the entire facility was spotless.
Very small lounge tuck at the corner of the airport. Inaccessible if you are not located near gate a37. Expect to walk 10-15 mins to reach there and to walk back if you’re gate C. Food selections are few and not quite appetising. But a great place to rest for long transit Not worth the walk otherwise
September 2022 5* Visited the lounge while taking my flight back to Toronto. I am little disappointed with the lounge. Location: The lounge is situated far away from your gate and completely in other side so you need to make cross trip. Food: There are very few options especially nothing for vegetarians. Also food is not that fresh. I saw some mosquitos on food. Seating: Seating is comfortable but it is quite packed. Also no one is cleaning the table so you will see plates and can. Overall they may need to improve it to make it good experience for the customers.
Neat lounge with free access bar and drinks fridge. We arrived after breakfast and found only the last potions available - before any lunch was served. Staff seemed slightly disinterested in providing any support as I was a visitor to this lounge (airport and city); I asked if they could keep an eye out for my wife who was arriving a few minutes after me, as she was held up browsing in duty free. I visited the men’s room and had something to eat whilst exploring the Maple Leaf Lounge. After some time I was wondering where my wife was - when I left the lounge and asked at the departure gate I was surprised to find my wife had boarded the aircraft. When I caught up with my wife on the flight I was shocked to find the Maple Leaf Lounge staff had not mentioned to my wife I was expecting her. So my wife was not provided access and sent away - very disappointing and poor experience of the Maple Leaf Lounge staff. Maybe there was a “Lost in Translation” issue but I did ask before my departing the lounge “my wife should be visiting - have the staff heard of her? The staff said no”. Overall the lounge seems reasonably well equipped but if you’re not arriving at meal times you might be disappointed with the food provisions.
Beautiful and clean space, staff are friendly and able to get you fresh gluten-free bread upon request. Business space with computers and printer, large comfy leather chairs spaces throughout three rooms. Free magazines. Great espresso machines, wine, juice. Everything you would need to relax or work while waiting for your flight.
