This lounge is located within walking distance of the security checkpoint. Reachable with an elevator down - yes, like the Lufthansa lounge at CDG in T1, this lounge is in the basement compared to departure level. But what's better than the LH Lounge is that it's not actually in the basement: there are floor-length windows with a beautiful view. Offers of food and drink are generally better than at Lufthansa, especially there is free-flow of champagne.
Nice lounge but currently getting renovated so not all open. Food and drink options were really poor very disappointing. Lots of seating but immediately filled up and many people were left waiting for seats. I had also paid for lounge access but staff wouldn’t even listen to me about it and completely ignored my proof and receipt, and made me pay again, pretty poor
French.
Not a nice lounge at all Needs serious investment on the decor, the furniture and the food Very disappointing for a business lounge One member of staff though, was very helpful in assisting when our flight was delayed twice and she managed to get us re-routed
It's really not my top lounge. Food cold, tables cluttered with used plates. By 9pm, they had no bread. Menu is not any better than a supermarket cafe. My first time in one of their lounges. I would not have recognised it from the photos. I went to lounge K. Maybe the others are better. I really love to I've great ratings. Sorry Air France, you have a way to go. I'm hoping my flight makes up for this disappointment.
Lots of people… not much offer. Disappointing
A slightly dated lounge located in the basement. If you have time, head to the next terminal 2 (Hall L) – it’s about a 5-minute shuttle ride, though you’ll need to go through security screening again. However, that lounge is about three times larger and significantly less crowded (around 65% fewer people). It features free showers, a complimentary 20-minute skincare massage, and a decent sleeping room. I visited on a busy Friday afternoon (around 5 PM), and there were still three beds available. By the way, the food selection is the same in both lounges.
We were at the door on opening at 0530, the reception staff, were friendly and welcoming, with a nothing is too hard idea. The shower suite, was beautiful The hot breakfast was scrumptious particularly the creamy scrambled eggs, all in all a wonderful experience.
One of the worst lounges I’ve seen in a major European connecting hub. Small, horrible food, no place to seat; literally tiny restrooms for the volume of travellers. I am genuinely shocked this is considered a lounge. If you’re unlocky enough to have your flight departing from gates K, probably better to go to restaurant than heading down to this dingy basement labelled as a lounge. Gates L lounge is very superior.
So crowded, lots of dirty tables. Sad lounge.
Large lounge with average food and drinks.
Compared to the 2F show, we are far below. Lots of people in an almost enclosed place, without a view and with a temperature that was too hot. Little space and the nap area is not enclosed. Damage. If you have the choice, take the 2F without hesitation! The reception and service people are of course very professional and friendly.
Dark and depressive under ground. Overcrowded and took a long time to find seats. Good showers and good food tho
Take Entrance 8d for Mobility Assistance at CDG 2E terminal.
One of my least favorite lounges. Feels like it’s in a dungeon. Food selection is underwhelming. It’s often hot and crowded. Only plus is the self service bar.
Very rude staff. If I can do negative rating I would . Dad is on a wheelchair, they don't allow anyone to go assist and no one is available to provide assistance also. Really bad experience.
How can air France justify not even having a circa 1995 buzzer system for cueing for showers? Instead you waste your guests' time in a physical line of indeterminate duration.
Pretty embarrassing for AirFrance to offer this lounge in their home airport to international travelers during the Olympics. Low ceilings, horrible food, and dated decor. The staff are lovely, however.
Exceptionally rude staff all around and laughable catering. Easily the worst lounge in CDG
Hot and crowded, low ceilings, in the basement, claustrophobic. Horrible tiny dirty bathrooms. No view. Mediocre food at best. All self service, including the bar. Soft drinks were not cold. Furnishings are outdated. Very disappointing in my overall international business class trip with Air France. Will not be flying them again. I soon left the overly crowded disappointing lounge and took a few cans of soda to the gate, which was a lot nicer space.
I never saw the inside of the lounge because I was turned away. The one star is for Delta and Delta Amex for not collaborating with their airline partner Air France to allow their Premier Select and Purple card holders access to this or ANY Lounge in CDG. Just wanted to post this so all of you Delta and Centurion card holders don’t waste your time.
Spacious lounge, luminous, comfortable and with various amenities such is Clarins Hub, shower and sauna room, resting room (to take a nap). Food options are just ok, nonetheless, the quality is very nice. Crowed but clean. Walk-in is accepted, the cost is €75.
One of the better lounges we have been in. The food was excellent, particularly the Beef Bourguignon which was very tender and perfectly seasoned. There were choices to suit many different tastes. The only downside was because our flight was in a different terminal, there were was no information on the departure screens. As a result, we left and found when arriving at our terminal the flight had been delayed by 40 minutes. Had we known, we would not have left the lounge,
Very good lounge, about a 3 min walk from security and down a staircase. There is an elevator available if you have luggage. Lounge itself isn’t huge but has a good amount of space. Toilets and showers available. Design could use an upgrade but is not that bad. A few smaller rooms for a more cozy comfortable feel. Most chairs have a good amount of charging ports and places to put food and drink. The food however is where this lounge really excels… quality and range of what’s on offer is great. Especially sweet things as there’s almost a proper Parisian patisserie on offer… good amount of savoury options and alcoholic drinks. Coffee machine is decent but there could be a better selection of soft drinks and water. All in all a good lounge to spend an hour or so relaxing, close to the main hall with the gates and worth a visit…
