Great customer service although they seemed to be very slow with serving you especially when you ask for something after they served you the food. They have a lot of healthy options with local twist. A very needed spot to rest before our flight.
Great place to relax before you board your flight. I travel to Mexico often and always missed until someone pointed it out to me. The place is tucked away by the check-in counter at United and outside of security. I did not have to wait in line and it was not as busy. They told me to anticipate an hour to get to my gate, but I got through in about 15 minutes. I was impressed with the lounge and thought it was tastefully done for people to enjoy their privacy or sit in an open area. The lounge is different from the US and they do not have a buffet, but offer a menu to order. I think they also have different benefits for US vs Mexico Amex cards and everything is complimentary if you have a US Platinum Amex so ignore the prices on the menu. I prefer made to order meals anyway and enjoyed their options. I highly recommend their margaritas. The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. They also speak English if necessary. I saw people in scrubs and thought a group of nurses were traveling, but realized they were massage therapists LOL... so I signed up for a 15 minute massage. Overall it was a good experience once I figured things out. It would be nice to get more information about amenities at the check-in counter. However, the lounges in the US also do not advertise massages so it's the same service at the check-in counter for both countries. Highly recommend you take advantage of this credit card perk and great way to relax before your flight.
This is one of the nicer Centurion lounges, especially compared to the one in Los Angeles, which is a bit shocking. Here they serve you at your table with a smile, whereas in LA it’s a do-it-yourself buffet situation. The menu is quite varied, and while it’s not necessarily award winning, it’s quite lovely for a quick meal before take off. The lounge itself (including the bathrooms) are very well kept, and the service staff is always friendly and attentive. I love coming to or connecting via the CDMX airport because I know that it means a stop at this lounge. 🙌🏼 (I’ve included photos of a handful of previous visits)
Located before security, behind the "F" check-in desks. Food is served a la carte - the menu has prices but everything is free if you have a regular personal Platinum card. Also no companion fee for a second person unlike in the US. Staff very polite and friendly. Masseur and barber on site. This is the best Centurion lounge I've been to.
The lounge is located before security, which is a bit weird, but at least it’s right by the international security entrance. The lounge was pretty empty and peaceful when we went on a Tuesday around 3pm. The service was good, similar to that of a restaurant, but the food looked better than it tasted. The burger in particular was very tough to chew and had an odd taste. The pizza was similarly not good and was basically a bit of sauce and a lot of cheese on flatbread. The best dish of the ones we tried was probably the rigatoni. I also found it odd that there were very few local dishes on the menu.
