Lovely staff in a spacious light filled setting with an adequate food selection. Very warm welcome at the entrance. Once in the Air France lounge there are then multiple seating options available. Interestingly the seats along the window are bolted to the ground. Toilet facilities are available within the lounge, they were spotless. Several food choices, typical high carb lounge offerings. Some nice wines to self serve from too.
Step into the Air France Lounge, where elegance meets comfort. Revel in the generous space and pristine surroundings, while indulging in a curated selection of exquisite offerings. This lounge stands as a testament to refined relaxation, providing the ideal setting for travelers to recharge and enjoy a moment of tranquility before their journey.
The ambiance is exceptional, with a fresh, airy feel, enhanced by an abundance of natural light that creates a bright and welcoming environment. The space is spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy. The staff are warm, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that guests feel well cared for throughout their visit. Additionally, the restrooms are impeccably clean, reflecting the establishment's attention to detail. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The food options are somewhat limited, which may leave some guests wanting more variety. A more significant issue, though, is the lack of universal power plugs or sockets. The only outlets available are of the EU style, which was quite inconvenient, especially for international visitors needing to charge their devices. This was a bit of a letdown, given the otherwise pleasant experience.
One of the better lounges I’ve experienced in this airport. Early morning food selection is simple but to the point, everything was fresher than I’ve experienced in the past at some of the other lounges within this airport. They could use at least one additional bathroom.
Just came from the Air France lounge in Johannesburg. It puts this one in Paris to shame. There is no comparison. My biggest criticism of Paris is that we have been here since it opened and four hours later all of the tables around us haven’t been cleared including ours. Food selection is lacking. The only place that you can charge your phone without an adapter has four spots at a communal desk and people with various devices have them locked down. Overall Disappointing from our South Africa experience.
Why do every time I have any interaction with AirFrance staff I need to book a session with my therapist? I said: I would like to pay to go in the lounge. Why does the lady have to roll her eyes at me??? Nothing else to say, just sick and tired of the rudeness...
Nice place but missing flight displays...

Excellent ambiance. It's fresh, lots of natural light, spacious, staff is warm and courteous, and restrooms are clean. On the downside, it doesn't have many food options and the bigger deal breaker is it doesn't have universal power plug/sockets - not that I could find. Only EU style sockets which was a big bummer.
For lounfe people all good ! But for tge others the worrst gate ever ! Nothing to eat just luxe retails and Sandwiches... a shame for this country of food ! Not even a basic bistro !!!!!
Poor service
For once, the lounge is not full to the maximum, nice decor Modern breakfast buffet, well stocked, pastries, cold meats, cheese, scrambled egg during my last visit in April, I had difficulty finding space to sit down
For a stop between two planes Quiet and spacious living room AF! Average but ok food The staff, on the other hand, are great: smiling and attentive!
Such a great lounge. Huge space with high ceilings and natural light. The buffet is refreshed constantly. You can’t beat the fresh bread at the AF Lounges!! And unlike SkyClub lounges…they welcome you to take a treat with you to go.
Entered around 8 am on a Wednesday. Huge space, bright with a view of the runway. Unfortunately the Clarins spa was closed. Hot breakfast included eggs, bacon and sausage. Very below average. Large assortment of baked goods, 1 broken coffee machine, at least 8 different wines, clean bathroom, kids area with PS4 stations and outlets near every seat. Clearing plates from tables could improve. The relaxation area was all occupied.
Really good lounge, but not so many food options besides breads and cheeses, at least for the am. Spa is really good and relaxing before or after a long flight.
Well, there are two good things about this lounge: it was quiet and they serve champagne. Else....far below the other CDG lounges AF offers: fried and cut sausages as "meal"??? Empty and/or dirty containers, food flying around everywhere, the entire place filled with dirty dishes. It looks like everything was completely raided and left as it was for hours... I tried some salad but even the dressing tastes rancid. Definitely not again.
One of the best lounges I have had the opportunity to visit. It's very spacious and well designed. The wifi is fast and lots of power points are available to plug in your laptop or gadgets. The food served is excellent and the variety is impressive. For alcohol the drinks variety is not as good that's the only let down to an otherwise excellent lounge that makes time pass by very quickly.
