Every flight was on time. The crew was nice, but could spend more time with customers. No one was scheduled to sit in the third seat on a flight from JFK to EZE and they moved someone there so his wife and kid could be more comfortable...What about us? There were plenty of other seats available. It was an 11 hour flight overnight it would have been nice to have that extra space. The Admiral Club at JFK was a life saver with a 7 hour layover. Buenos Aires Admiral Club turned us away...not exactly sure why. We just flew 6700 miles and would do it again with AA!

Facility Nicely put but nothing out of the ordinary Staff friendly Comfort, nice seating comfortable areas with tv or views Food: would say a 2. From accessibility to variety . Limited to vegetables and some dressing or pita chips 2 varieties of soup! In summer… and just one main dish that might definitely not be appealing to everyone. They should add more variety of simple ‘on the go’ food Cleanliness good in the restrooms, could be improved in the general and seating areas

If you have a layover of more than 4hrs, I would definitely recommend to pay $59 as a full day pass and relax in the lounge! It has enough space for sitting, it has decent food options which are available always and certain options you can order on request as well!

Food-wise, I give it a 4/5. It has all the standard foods, but the layout is a little harder with foods spread out. The lounge itself is a 5/5. Super easy to get around, tons of new, comfortable seating, not busy, and the lighting is all natural from huge windows showing the runways and gates. You can enjoy the beauty of airplanes landing and taxiing. Service is great - everyone is friendly and helpful. Great lounge placed above the main airport. Incredibly well designed!

It’s a great place to wait for your next flight. There are coffees and refreshments inside. Today they got soups, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ( beef soup), make-your-own slider, brownies as well as a bar. Not sure if they have shower room here, but they have plenty of space.
