Stopped in after flight was delayed. Wish we could stay all day, Lance was so warm and welcoming! He is a credit to Bobby Vans. The food and drink service was flawlessly executed and perfectly timed. Thank you, Lance, we will absolutely be back.

Disastrous. I wonder why airport food still has to be shitty in 2023. That’s gotta be a venture funding addressable market. Anyways, would’ve not want to choke my worst enemy with that burger. 2/10 experience.

We were excited about having a priority pass option at Bobby Vans JFK Terminal 8 . Then we found out ‘ the card reader is not working today “. This was minutes after opening…6:20am

They are not on Priority Pass network, but if you search on the Priority Pass website (not the app), they are still listed. The manager said they don't control the priority pass website info, but apparently, fixing it is not a priority since the relationship terminated two years ago. I can't rate the service or food since I decided to spend my money elsewhere, but rather just the time I wasted walking there.

False advertising. Says their priority pass scanner is broken. Won’t honor their agreement with priority pass.

Great food and lovely service. Alex was brilliant - very attentive and polite.

Total scam. They lie and say their Priority Pass machine doesn't work so they have no possible way to fulfill their agreement.

I tried this place as it was one of the few decent looking restaurants that was open for business at Terminal 8 at JFK airport. The terminal was being renovated and the place looked inviting. The food is largely non-vegetarian so all you vegetarians out there are salad or a veggie burger is about all you can expect to find. Oh and of course the fries. Priority Pass holders get a discount but I found it weird that they wanted to know if it was issued by American Express. I thought Priority Pass is Priority Pass- doesn’t matter which credit card issuer it came from. I had one with global validity here but it was no good. I tried the impossible burger which seems to be a thing in the United States at the moment because it looks and tastes like meat but is 100% vegetarian and that’s really cool. I tried their signature berry drink and loved it. You can’t miss this restaurant as it’s right in front of the security check area. As soon as you clear security you can see it right there. I think the menu is decent but can be a challenge for vegetarians. They have a huge seating area behind the bar so am guessing on a busy day they can easily seat maybe 60-70 people at a time. Service was slow I have to say. If you are looking for a round of drinks and an appetite to go with it, this is the place at Terminal 8 at JFK airport.

The food was very good! José was a fantastic server. Jose was very attentive. As soon as we sat down he greeted us with a smile and offered us great drinks specials and catered to us the whole time. It was a great airport experience!

The place is very nice. You can really enjoy a break there. There is plenty of room. The service is very good and fast. There are sufficient waiters to avoid delays. The food is good and prepared with care. But the dishes lack completeness when you consider the price tag. This is a rather pricy place. For one person, you are easily over $50.00.

Just after security and one of few decent place for food in Terminal 8. They also take Priority Pass (Chase & US Bank) if your membership offers restaurants. My membership allowed for one guest and we got $28 for each person off our bill with PP. They can get pretty busy but the service is fast and friendly. They ask you how much time you have and try to accommodate you. I went for their famous 12oz burger with fries and it was delicious and very filling!

Was really impressed with this casual spot in the airport. What was incredible was with priority pass you get $28 off the bill, or with a guest $56, what more could you ask for? Great choice of cocktails, mezcal margarita or the sidecar was stunning. The foods not fancy but it’s tasty and great portions, great prices. Bar service was great, amazing staff, made my flight really feel better, drinking with great music and sports on the screens.
