The most beautiful Lounge! Chic decor, quality, warm welcome and service (this evening Bomar and Maguy), hearty and tasty cuisine, pleasant background music: a very comfortable place in CDG terminal 1.
Quiet lounge as it is only open to selected airlines. Very good options of food - there were even hot spring rolls. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Comfortable seats for laptops. Two shower rooms are also very clean.
I saw Berry at T1, his service so good
Berry is very knowledgeable and very prompt to respond to our enquiries.
Extremely rude, no manners, not worthy to visit.
A very nice Duty free. Pleasant, bright, warm with luxurious decoration. Lots of products from all brands. Professional and pleasant staff. There is not too much noise despite the number of people in the sales area.
Our flight was delayed for six hours. Our stay at this lounge made the wait way easier. Rahma was very attentive to our needs and was very hospitable. Highly recommended
Thanks to Cristina, adorable!
Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism. Despite the delay of our flight, they opened their lounge to us. Thanks to the chef for his delicious dishes and the chef for his sympathy. Thank you
Superb welcome by the gentleman at reception and the chef made us a very nice plate despite the closure.
We visited today Extime T 1. Christiana and her colleague are very friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Very cleaned and spacious lounge. We are very satisfied with the delicious food and beverages. We definitely will visit again.
More than wonderful Pretty discreet elegant calm and great service In addition the champagne is excellent served by Maggui and Bomane
Nightmare. An endless queue. With only one open crate. A manager who enjoys telling each customer about her life. Super slow service. In an airport in the middle of Sunday. In short, run away.
I visited this lounge because I had a very long layover and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Alá Elaouni for checking where my terminal is and guiding me and also directing me to the sleeping lounge! It was a great visit overall, definitely recommend.
Lovely lounge at T1 CDG airport terminal Quite and well organised with seatings / food and beverage
Friendly staff. Good quality of food and drinks. The bartender, Carol is super friendly and accommodating. One of the best lounges i’ve tried in Europe.
Much less crowded than the AF lounges in CDG. While it’s small, it was pretty calm except for inconsiderate passengers on their phones with loud speakers… Decent selection of cold and warm food. I found the warm dishes (butter chicken, blanquette de veau) to be better tasting than AF’s. There’s even a small self-serve alcohol bar. Wifi speed is good. Only gripe is that there isn’t any area where you can comfortably work on your laptop. There’s a shower room available.
Cleaned, spaces for walk and seats, services are all very nice. However, there are two things that I personally think you should consider such as the door hinges and the food. Should have more variety of meats and the door hinges is too small to fit in with finger.
This seems to be a newly renovated lounge, and definitely one of the nicer ones I have visited here in Europe. Plenty of space to sit and relax before your flight and views out across the airstrip. The food and beverage offerings are great, but what is better is the service of the team here. I was looked after by the wonderful Ala Elaouni, who went above and beyond to help with a difficult request before my flight.
