We had a 4.5 hr layover. Great place with lots of food choices and seating. Self serve Heineken wine and prosecco. Juices and sodas as well. So glad to be a Delta Gold medallion member. Access would not have possible without it.

It was completely full and there were no places to sit. Long line to get in.

The best choice for eating breakfast at an airport lounge. So big and spacious.

Cool place to stay. No smoking only.

Absolutely catastrophic conditions in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Large parts of the food were not edible. Drink selection poor. You might think that the (many) staff are just decorating. Unfortunately not a flagship for KLM!

No words. Extreme dirty and terrible food. Its a shame if you consider, this is klm‘s home airport.

There are many different types of food + fruits+ salad Good working environment, splitted desks. Entrance is 60€.

Was disrespected by a cleaner at the bathroom! Absurd

You can eat and drink there. It is also nice to sit quietly there and there is WiFi.

Modern, good chairs. Breakfast buffet is mediocre and asking €35 for a 3 year old child is downright ridiculous! Then again, I'm a frequent flyer.

Great lounge if you travel within the Schengen.

It's a quite a nice lounge, especially that I visited it at 6am, when it was quiet. Got busier around 8am but still not very noisy so you can relax before your next flight. There are usual staples, food was sausages, eggs, roast potatoes and mushroom plus 2 soups. There is also bread, fruit and cookies. The bar includes wine, sparkling wine and a few sirits to choose from.

Nice place to be, tasty food and great choice of drinks, combined with dutch hospitality. I enjoy my stay each time- Thank you KLM

Great lounge for the Schengen area. Two food + beverage areas offering a variety of hot and cold dishes. There was plenty of seat availability during our visit at 5 pm. Staff was friendly and cleanliness was great. Overall a great lounge visit.

Chill to relax before you fly. Quiet atmosphere with luxurious chairs. Food is fine, but the pasta was cold. You can board the plane very relaxed. And you are well rested. Also great service and people

Upstairs is really quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyone jostling for their free Heini’s and pasta dishes. Nothing wrong with that btw! Lovely staff serving drinks. A surcharge to some, such a Bloody Mary’s and Jack Daniel’s but well worth it

Located on the Schengen side of Schiphol airport. The lounge was crowded on a Sunday morning but remained relatively calm. There’s a good variety of warm and cold dishes. A decent no-frills spot to rest before your flight.

The lounge is okay... Facilities are not bad. Drinks are acceptable. Food could be better.

Spacious lounge on the 1st floor of Schiphol Airport, once you've passed security. Buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A specific space is purposefully dedicated for working on the left side when you enter the lounge. The seats are comfortable but start to show their age, as it is common to find wear and tear on the armrests. The carpet could use some cleaning too in some places. The personnel is friendly and come pick up your dishes when you are finished. It is rather quiet as well. In all, this lounge does the job. It is not the finest but is good enough to rest before you get to your flight.
