This is an excellent airport lounge. Checking in is easy, no unnecessary or redundant questions from the desk worker. It is smaller but there was plenty of room before 10am. The food options are great, and the guacamole is made fresh from actual avocado, not processed crap out of a container. Bar selection is also supreme, it's just a little awkward as it's out on the open on a table but you need to ask one of the workers to make you a drink. Overall great and peaceful spot to bide your time at Bush
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the KLM lounge. The young female (Black-haired Indian lady )working the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the desk, Her attitude was dismissive and condescending. She showed no interest in assisting me. This is unacceptable for a lounge that prides itself on offering a premium experience. I expected courteous and helpful staff, but instead, I was met with hostility and indifference. Her behavior significantly marred my experience and left me questioning KLM's commitment to customer service. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue, as no customer should have to endure such treatment.
The staff was polite but it’s just an overall bad experience. The lounge does not allow online pre reservation and will turn you away if they are full. There is not even a wait list, visitors are told “sorry, come back later when we are not full.” Do not recommend this lounge. In this day when technology is a part of everything that was surprising.
Pretty small lounge but comfortable if you happen to be there when it's not too crowded. The allow access with Priority Pass during certain hours. The staff is very attentive and are quick to clean up. They have a small hot and cold station that is decently delicious food. Has the usually machine coffee bar and self service tea. Caned soft drinks and very limited alcoholic beverages to choose from. The wifi is decent but power plugs are shatter and not very plentiful.
Priority pass will be accepted only from 6 AM to 12 PM and after 7 PM. Breakfast options are just average. There were enough seats. Staff were quick to clean up. There is only one restroom which was clean. The lounge looks normal. Nothing fancy but it does the job.
