Waited here before flying on KLM. Great facilities, comfortable seating, good choice of food and excellent staff. Best lounge experience at YYZ till date.
Great service at the KLM lounge. Easy access with priority pass. Decent food options and some flat places to lay down.
Small mighty. Good food. Bot alot of seating options or other services.
It's quiet and quiet, but there's not much to eat.
Food and drinks need more variety.
Beautiful lounge amazing staff 10/10
I visited several KLM lounges in the world. By far this is the one with the worse food. Terrible terrible food.
It's pretty ok... Honestly I thought it would be better. Food is generic and basically the same or worse then air Canada. No water bottles, and not really enough seats
Breakfast items are pretty limited....
Half the food was empty. Staff told me there were not enough customers to make more - 6pm?? Nice Customer service. I asked if i could have a half price refund seeing as they had 1/2 the food out. She laughed and offered no solution.
Quite nice, spacious, good bar selection, adequate food, clean.
The atmosphere and furniture are the best part about this lounge. The food is mainly reheated frozen stuff. There are alcoholic beverages and you can make your own cocktails. If you're very hungry and you want to eat a big meal or you want to have a few drinks before your flight, it will be worth it to pay for this lounge.
Surprisingly good. The salad had lots of options, including fresh fruits. The hot food was a bit meh but the mushroom soup was really nice. Lots of non alcoholic drink options. Love the tea available. Ample seating and lovely view of the airport.
My guess: the purpose of this lounge is to make you really glad to leave and get to either France or Amsterdam. I can’t imagine anyone from Air France has ever visited this dire place. Frozen pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets. The cheapest German sparkling wine available, together with caustic red wine. No plates. No napkins. No ice. The chairs are nice, as is the decor. Lots of outlets.
