According to the staff there were no gluten free offerings. The allergen labels on the hot food are too small to read. While some items did not show Gluten they were in between gluten containing foods. Please provide something (one hot meal and /or snacks) that are certified Gluten free.
Better lounge than the Aspire lounge next door. Only the registration process is very poorly executed, especially at peak hours
Such a lovely time here with Miky. Upon entering, I felt all of my travel stress disappear. I highly recommend visiting the lounge to reset either before or during your travel.
Really nice lounge. Very attentive staff, good drinks available, half-decent food. A great way to end a holiday which involved roughing it a bit by camping at a festival. ๐
Loved the style
Absolutely horrific service. Personnel at reception need to learn how to speak to guests.
Handmade lattes with Oatly oat milk. Well presented.
What a terrible lounge.... The place is dead but they won't let you go in, even if you offer to pay. So crazy that an international airport like Schiphol doesn't even have a lounge you're able to go into!
This is a completely new and modern lounge that looks great and which had tons of space when I was there. Excellent views of the planes as well. Food ok.
Great upgrade after a couple year if renovation. It was worth the wait! Everything is great at the lounge! They even provide non dairy milk at the coffeebar now ๐
Good looking lounge, such a shame the service and the food choices are terrible. Buffet section flithy, Not to mention until I asked for a section to be cleaned so I could sit after 30 mins the staff came in droves. One world members done dirty by management.
Despite the sleek design and plentiful power outlets, my experience at the OneWorld Lounge Schiphol was marred by several disappointments. The untrained receptionist's fixation on my BA Bronze status rather than acknowledging my Business Class boarding pass reflected a lack of competence in understanding guest privileges. Furthermore, stating Iโd be charged for a shower after asking to be booked in, despite it being complimentary, was another misstep in service I found very unpleasant. The shower facilities, while recently renovated, fell short of expectations for a lounge of this caliber. The easily opened shower lock and absence of essentials like a shower mat and hairdryer detracted from the overall experience: not able to wash my hair. Additionally, inadequate ventilation made the tiny room uncomfortably hot and humid. The culinary offerings left much to be desired. Extremely dry, fragmented scrambled eggs looking more like a broken frittata and a limited food selection failed to impress. The absence of self-service decaf and the lack of diversity in non-dairy milk options were notable shortcomings, fixed by asking them at the bartender who was the only professional member of the staff I happened to notice. Furthermore, essentials like white beans were nearly depleted. In the restroom, the inconvenient placement of the handsoap dispenser, too far from the sink, and the low-quality/thin toilet paper reflected a disregard for guest comfort and convenience. Moreover, the absence of disinfectant gel for toilet seats was concerning. Despite these flaws, the lounge's redeeming qualities include its abundance of power outlets, pleasant ambiance, and cleanliness. However, improvements in service and attention to detail are necessary to elevate the OneWorld Lounge to the standard expected of a premier travel hub in 2024.
The BA lounge is finally open and it was worth waiting for! Brand-new modern design, fresh look and lots of space is exactly what is needed before hopping on a short flight. Extra points for convenient phone booths and fancy champagne glasses ๐คฉ
