Great apron views!!!! Small but nice. Food selection was better than elsewhere, Bar was staffed instead of self service. Toilet were smaller and not as nice as qanats business however i enjoyed my time here better than at the Qanats business lounge.
Paid for a lounge access for 5 hours while waiting for our flight back home to Welly. Staff were so kind and the manager, I think it was, even allowed us to stay for one extra hour so we can stay until our flight time. Heaps of food, drink, and coffee choices, good ambience as well.
This VIP lounge is not very spacious. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. The bar offered both alcohol and coffee. I had some long black and flat white. The flat white was pretty nice. The breakfast options seemed a bit lacking, with the croissants and bread quite dry and flat. The selection of beverages was somewhat limited, which was a bit disappointing. However, just as I was about to board, new food items were brought out, and they looked much more appetising!!
I think I was lucky. (Well I was told we were lucky) because normally it’s much busier. But this is a great little lounge. It used to be the amex lounge. It’s small. Really small. But has amazing views out over the tarmac. If you are a plane geek. It’s fantastic. The food is good and they have a barista. (Though limited milks). The bar has a good selection however they do charge for some beers. Which is a bit weird. However there are 3 on tap with no charge. As long as it’s not busy it’s a great little lounge
The good thing about this place is the great views of the hard standing, runways and Sydney city in the distance. They have a range of hot and cold snacks available but very limited and nothing special. While I was there there for 5 hours there was one apple put out, that was soon gone and not replaced. There is a free bar so that’s good if you want it? It’s 63$ for a two hour stay but they are flexible on that and I don’t think anyone checks. You can also use Priority Pass if you have it, again that gives you 2 hours in theory.
