This is the worst lounge ever! I am here right now and writing this. I have a connecting flight and chose this lounge based on its star rating (unfortunately, I didn't read the comments). The space is very small, and it seems they haven't updated anything for a long time. The furniture and tables are old and dirty. There is no bathroom. There are no power sockets for EU chargers, not even for USB cables (only USA sockets). The staff is not in a very good mood. Maybe I am wrong and was expecting too much because I see some people enjoying the noodles. However, compared to European lounges, the difference is night and day. Obviously, I am in the wrong place; there must be better options. However, I saw a lot of comments and a decent overall star rating. For now, I am leaving to find a bathroom and a place to charge my phone. (Maybe this is their tactic to drive the guests out as soon as possible, not bad.) Shame

Not bad for a primeclass lounge. Comfortable sitting areas and working tables. Food is ok with some snacks and soft drinks. There is also available wine, sparkling wine and beers. There are no bathrooms or showers on site. For me, it’s ok as it’s included in my membership but I would not pay 55 USD for this. The place was to its capacity so I had to do a virtual line before entering (90 minute wait). WiFi is okay, it worked for what I needed.

Entered with Priority Pass in the AM. The food area is limited but not bad. There is fresh fruit available, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, instant ramen, and typical breakfast pastries. The lounge however is not comfortable and feels like a school cafeteria. There is no view and feels claustrophobic. We could not get comfortable because an employee was cleaning around the seating area. It seemed that most other people were not able to relax either.

There was any welcoming greeting when walked in the front door. The front desk person pointed the QR code telling us to scan the code to be on the waiting list. Estimated wait time about 20 to 25 minutes. Waited 30 minutes to check in to the lounge, then I saw... it was not busy at all..... what a experience....

Was not expecting the best as it’s a priority pasa lounge but was happily impressed. Comfortable seating, lots of food options with allergen descriptors, drinks and desserts. The food was really tasty! It says it closes at midnight but they are 24hrs (3 max stay). Very happy with this lounge!!
