Always nice to eat well before the trip
The Privium Lounge inside the Schengen area is disappointing. It is small, overcrowded, and offers a limited selection of food and drinks. However, the staff were very friendly and ensured that everything was cleaned promptly.
Makes no sense to advertise in collaboration with amex platinum...when they only accept Dutch amex holders...i mean amex is a USA based company so amex platinum should be able to access this lounge as well 🤔💼🇺🇸 .. ohh well
I like it
Nice space for your flight enjoy a drink
Expensive
Amex card doesnt get free entry. Perhaps you need to buy a priorty membership. Instead I was told that I can go to lounge number 26 and it will have free access.
Good place to take some food or drinks, relax begirw your flight or so some work.
Small but fine lounge. Friendly employees and good food. Also vegetarian options. Clean lounge with a variety of newspapers and magazines. Comfortable chairs and sofas.
Suddenly putting an expiration date on vouchers of unlimited duration, without properly informing or compensating the high-paying customer. My partner is suddenly refused entry. How can you treat your customers like this? Last time in the lounge we also saw a mouse walking around... nice and fresh.
Great for a short stop or longer, love the tranquility and not having to be in the middle of the craziness of Schiphol at the plaza's. Food and drinks on offer are more than sufficient, perhaps only the warm side could use some adding to for travelling towards the evening.
Wanted to use a voucher they gave me to bring someone with and supposedly they have changed their policy and the vouchers are not valid anymore. Newsflash: vouchers don't run out by law in the netherlands. Very disappointed about this cheap and shady business practise. Not acceptable. It got me thinking if I should renew my membership since I also have Prioritypass.
Relax before your flight, or after you have landed. Food is very good and there is a different variation every day. And the coffee is great. Included is a large selection of cold drinks.
Privium is almost a must have for Dutch frequent flyers who fly atleast 4 times a year. The West lounge looks amazing and is spacious. There are special section so you can privately conduct business. And most seating options have charging options. Nice options of food and drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was there between 18:00 and 19.45 and there were no more than 20-25 people.
I often stop at the lounge after I arrive as it is such a great place to get some work done away from the airport bustle. Food varies every week - you can always find some staples like a salad bar with nicely prepared veggies + rotating mains (Indonesian one week, Indian another etc). Caters to plant based diets. Drink selection is good.
