Food technically very poor...nothing warm...something savory and something sweet...chairs broken...well
Hmmm nothing memorable...
Paying and having your hall closed at 12 at night was unacceptable to us. They gave the money back so we paid to sit there the time we ate. Waiting for our flight
I bought a sandwich there.
The food terrible. There is no tasty cafe and the selection of soft drinks is very poor. It looks very dingy and I paid 55 francs for something like that (per person, I was traveling alone). You just have to take a premium lounge, see Lufthansa Business Lounge, etc
This is the poorly lounge I've ever seen. The food is poor, the equipment is uncomfortable, the Internet and the attitude are the same. A lounge where there are just uncomfortable chairs and benches, you can't stretch your legs, you can't put them on the chair. Otherwise, a cerberus runs up and tells you that you can't sit like that here. A huge number of people. No timetables. No toilet. Second star because of filtered coffee. Guys! This is the capital! But even in the Polish village called Krakow lounge is much-much better.
It was a cosy sweet lounge to sit across and wait for your flight. Don't look for an extensive food option. We were there in the snacks time so might be at dinner the menu changes. Some quick bites with your drinks are always available with a good coffee machine. The hostess was super sweet and welcoming. Priority Passed works well along with a major Master card.
You can exit with drinks as they come in solo bottles or cans. This is a functional lounge on the Schengen side of the Athens airport. It can get pretty full at times but there should be enough space as long as it’s not midsummer, peak travel. Various pastries and snacks as well as coffee, juices and carbonated drinks are available. There is no washroom or toilet inside the lounge but the public washroom is quite close anyway. The only other option for a lounge in this side of the terminal is the star alliance one, which is only a few meters from here.
This lounge wasn’t close to being crowded and 7.30 on an August Saturday. Check-in was easy and they have bread, sandwiches, yogurt, etc. for breakfast. They also have juice in large containers, water, and two coffee machines. One odd thing is that they don’t have restrooms.
For a lounge it gets the job done with cushy seats and is a nice place to relax before your flight. It wasn't too busy when we came in. The food available isn't great and a little stale but it'll keep you from feeling hungrier. There is a variety of food and drinks to choose from which is nice. Like others have said, there is no bathroom in the lounge and it can look messy with people's plates on the table but you can't expect the cleaning person to stand and wait around for a dirty dish. Overall it's not the best lounge but it sure beats sitting by the gates.
