Honestly one of the best lounges I’ve been to. Super clean, great service, nice bar, and some of the best food I’ve ever had in any lounge. Kudos to the chefs! Selection of food was large and every dish was restaurant quality. AND dishes were cleaned up under a minute every time - great service. 🙌🏻

I went at a time were it was a very overcrowded, but once some space opened up and I got a seat the lounge experienced was nice. They drinks were good. The food was a bit lack luster, the pasta tasting like a chef boyardee, but the chocolate cookies were good. All the staff was nice. Best spot to wait for a flight

Great lounge that's finally not filled to the eye balls! Great food selection and a spectacular bar with super friendly staff There is a centurion only section with tables as well, but it's usually not as busy to be able to enjoy the main lounge bit. Very clean toilets and there is a small dessert tray too. Love the cosy interiors which compensates for the lack of windows. Staff at check in are very friendly especially Paul! Thumbs up, highly recommended when in T3 Oh and it s just next to Ted Baker & Kurt Geiger. Lounge A3, don't follow signs for the other lounges.

Very Luxurious Lounge, we enjoyed the time we spent there, The food was okay not noisy, very clean. The staff was very lovely and helpful all the time. Plus one great thing they have a kids zone too. Very recommended to try.

Good lounge, note this is the only Centurion lounge in London Heathrow that too at Terminal 3 and not at Terminal 5, you can find partner lounges like Plaza premium. Most importantly location is near Ted baker or if you follow the lounge buddy this is what it says Terminal 3 (The Lounge is in Terminal 3 Area A. After you go through security, follow Flight Connection route Area A, access point in the main shopping and dining area to Level 2 accessible by taking the elevators) I was able to locate thjs fairly quickly not like other Amex lounges where they play hide and seek. It’s a puzzle to solve their hidden location in some airports This was well stocked and had good food varieties. Shower service is quick and easy, just make a request at the reception
