The best service EVER! I wanted to leave this review so much cause you guys made my day. I was traveling solo with three little kids and we stopped by Amex lounge in San Francisco. Of course kids after 2 aren’t free anymore but it was worth it. The lady at the reception let me use a separate meeting room for me and kids where my little ones could run around and leave alone other passengers. Also the stuff made sure I have food and drinks. They brought me everything and were super helpful. I’m absolutely thankful for their service and amazing food! Thank you to every crew!
When I was on my way to the United Club, I stopped by here and it was a solid lounge. There was a solid selection of food, lots of wine options and drinks. It wasn’t too crowded and there was a lot of seating options. Definitely check this spot out when waiting for your flight to board. I’d definitely come back to this spot again.
Great experience at the lounge. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during our long layover at the San Francisco airport. They have lots of food and desserts. You can get tooth brushes at the front and they have wine flights and tastings which are really fun and great to pass the time. They have showers and multiple bars with talented bartenders.
Had a great experience at The Centurion Lounge at San Francisco International Airport. Was flying United from San Fran to Brisbane, Australia and made the mistake of going to the disgusting United Club first but walked right out to head to the Centurion Lounge. If you have an American Express Card don’t even bother with your airline lounge come to the Centurion. Fresh open and quite large lounge with lots of nooks to find a place to await your flight. Two bars, wine tasting station, fresh food, and clean well stocked showers. Ask the Bar Tender for your 5 free tasting ticket. The front staff were very friendly and the bar tenders were very friendly. Douglas was a good laugh and you could easily see that the staff had a good working relationship with custodial happily chatting with Bar and Food Service. Great Lounge and highly recommend overall as what an International Lounge should be.
