Great showers, provides everything, huge buffet, fresh drinks and coffee. English speaking, provides power adapters. Best Amex lounge I’ve ever been to, large and never more than 10-15 people in the mornings.
Outstanding Service. The Receptionist was helpful and asked if I needed anything I said sure I needed an Adapter for my 110 V and he said sure.
Excellent choice in GRU with hot and cold food, full bar and great coffee. Good space separation and also various amenities like kids area, TV area and food area. Even spa service like massage is available in the “beach area”
I had access to another lounge through Air Canada but decided to use it instead. It was very spacious and gotten busy later (for international departures). Some of the seats were uncomfortable, they have a section reserved for Black card holders and showers available.
Good lounge with lots of things to choose from concerning food and drinks. It‘s nicely designed, but nevertheless it might need a little facelift. Staff was friendly and obliging. The place, especially in the corners, just could be a bit cleaner in my opinion. I would return.
