Le lounge est vraiment pauvre et ne vaut absolument pas les 35€. Contrairement à la réponse sur les WC... C'est effectivement toujours en "maintenance". C'est pathétique pour un aéroport comme Paris CDG !!

This place is horrible but fits in at the worst airport in the world perfectly! I asked for 2 beds as my son was traveling with me but they only had a Premium queen room available. What we got was a $220 closest with a bed and a toilet. The glass wall between the bed and the tiny bathroom provided no privacy and was definitely not sound proofed. To make matters worse, there are no restaurants, not even a fast food place to get a hot meal after a 12 hour flight. Cold pre-made soggy sandwiches at 3 of the so called restaurants and a nasty sushi place, all pre-made. You could shop at Chanel and Gucci but not decent food. We ended up spending $47 on soggy sandwiches and chips and threw half of it away. This hotel and the airport in general are terrible. I will fly through Amsterdam next time!

Terrible. The only upside is that it's available for a long overnight layover - better than sleeping on the floor, but BARELY. They forgot to give us a TV remote during check-in, so they had us walk all the way back to the front desk to get it. They didn't mention 90% of the TV channels wouldn't work... nor would the HDMI port. There's no food available. Water is 2 EUR per bottle of the cheapest generic brand available. Rooms are tiny. Miniscule. No windows. Very claustrophobic. It didn't feel clean at all. Used toilet paper in the bathroom (this is during COVID times). Dirty bathroom. Without any prior warning the toilet. stopped. flushing. Upon contacting the. reception, they said 'oh yeah that's gonna take like 3 hrs'. No prior warning... AC system was very badly manageable - either super cold or no air... because there were no windows. Honestly, it was really a bad experience. Definitely didn't leave us feeling rested. Avoid an overnight layover if you can. 2 stars only for the convenience of the location.

This lounge is not worth the money. There are only snacks available here, I found the tables quite dirty. And there were only two toilets, one of which was out of order.

Don't waste your time, money or loungekey access visiting this VIP room, they don't offer anything, just some snacks, coffees, soft drinks and machine coffee. Even the armchairs to sit on are uncomfortable.

Loungekey program lounge. The worst one I have ever been to, worlwide. No food, no alcohol, just some cheap drinks and chocolate bars. Seating is uncomfortable. Shame this counts as a 'lounge' in programs you pay lots of money for a membership.

i was looking for shower since was traveling all day, serched in google and said yotelier offered shower services, i was in another terminal so had a long way to get there and find it, 2 ladies did not even let me finish asking when i said showers they immediately said no, i ended up going to the air france lounge and totally different experience, if you dont offer shower services i recommend to update the info. avoid travelers to make huge walks and being disappointed !

This was just what I needed. The room was quiet and dark. I was able to rest and shower between flights. The Yotel was a bit hard to find, but everyone that I asked for help was very kind and helpful.

One of the dirtiest lounges I have ever visited. The refreshments are extremely basic, limited to just snacks (mostly chocolates) and a few soft drinks. The area feels neglected, with litter on tables and a lack of cleanliness throughout. It lacks any real variety or comfort, making it a disappointing experience overall.

We visited the Yotel CDG while in transit. We were surprised (but grateful), for such a large airport, that this was the only Priority Pass facility available. We arrived around 08:30 on a Non-holiday Tuesday morning and departed a little after 11am. We used the main lounge and shower room, but did not stay in the hotel section. Pros: Good signage and easy to locate down a quiet hallway in Terminal 2E (close to Prayer Room and library). Extremely friendly and service-oriented front desk staff that greeted us with smiles, polite conversation and good humor. Not crowded whatsoever during our time there (surprising because of the lack of other PP lounges). Good coffee selection. Shower required reservation that was easy to make at the front desk. Staff notified as soon as the shower was available. Strong, free WiFi. Cons: Small space, so might be prone to overcrowding (we did not experience this). Very limited food selection—lots of candy bars and other sugary items, but no real food—hot or cold—available. Shower reservations were for 15 minutes (unclear how strictly this time limit is enforced), but shower rooms not cleaned between uses, so there were water puddles on the floors from previous users (easily cleaned with available towels). The washrooms were otherwise clean. Overall, while there was nothing exceptional about this PP lounge, it was still a nice respite from the busy terminal. We are always grateful for a place to wash, rest and recharge for free. The friendly ladies at the front desk were the highlight. Unless on a very long layover, I probably would not make the effort to transfer terminals (which would involve going through security again) just to spend some time here, but the Yotel CDG was a nice place to spend a few hours during our in-terminal transit.

The lounge is a disgrace.

I can’t believe Priority Pass offers this as a lounge. Bathrooms not cleaned until 8:30, so forget the shower and the bathroom…and this is was “clean” looks like: hair all over the place, toothpaste on the sink, and toilet with used toilet paper in it.

a pior sala vip que eu conheço, é péssima um atrazo de vida, não tem comida, não tem bebida alcoolica... é horrivel.

The lounge is not just a disaster, it's an outrage. There are only Schocko bars, the coffee machine was broken and very little choice of drinks. Toilet is dirty, chairs are covered in stains. What Priority Pass is doing here with the only lounge alternative at Europe's second largest airport is an imposition

Mind-blowingly unparalleled, I don't understand that priority pass is to make an agreement with this type of establishment, there isn't enough room, and on the snack side, there are only treats like Kinder, March, olives, mini packet of popcorn a madeleine a small packet of chips but we've never seen them, not a piece of bread with a square of butter yet it would be easy to put sandwiches even of the discount type where it will cost you less and better than what there is as a snack, besides, I won't say that again, snacks. The staff is pleasant. the toilets did not work, to take a shower you had to wait three quarters of an hour or even an hour and yet the hotel has just been redone, especially when you are at CDG airport this kind of thing shouldn't even exist establishment. I, in place of Priority Pass and Amex, will quickly stop working with them because it does them a lot of harm. The worst is when I read where the responses from the owner's manager are mind-blowing, they really take people for imbeciles and on top of that there is no respect for the customers. It's you who is "pathetic", that's following the comments you made for a person who paid €660 for 6 hours and your response is to say what is "rare is expensive" say- you well especially in an airport like CDG it should not be so low-end, moreover you should not have frequented the 5 star a lot, you must be confusing, with palaces around 1000 € per night because even in a Pullman or Hilton, Gallery, in Paris we don't reach €1000. So avoid talking about anything

Ashamed! Lousy! This is the first time I’ve seen such a lousy lounge! Just sugar and chips and soda. The coffee is terrible. A shame!!! And the worst part is that it’s the only one in the entire terminal for priority pass members! A shame for such a large airport!!!

Airport Lounge is non existent. You have to leave the airport terminals (and check in through security again) if you wish to visit it.

Don't bother going. Very small, crowded, only some soda and candy for food. I was there for 10 minutes and wasn't even able to use the toliets. I left back out to the terminal as it was much more comfortable.

Staff is very nice. That is the only good thing about it. There is no food. I will also paste a copy of this review to Chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card. You have to pass through security to go to the lounge. The snack bar has only sweets, cereal bars, bread and butter. Do not waste your time thinking the "lounge" is a regular Priority Lounge, because it's not. It's a snack bar.

Lack lustre priority pass lounge that is outside security. No food of substance on offer and inconvenient if you are through security (it’s back outside). Simple drinks and minimal snacks not a place for a meal. Front desk people were friendly enough.

So the latest is it's summer and there's NO air conditioning in the lounge for priority pass members. Add in there's no hot food - or anything besides candy and chips - in the lounge. It's on the wrong side of security. It's WAY WAY far from the gates. And the employees seem utterly indifferent to guests. And that's saying something given the general French level of customer service. I get access to this for free with my credit card and I STILL want my money back.

Awful. Do not waste your time. For one - you have to go through security again if you come to this lounge. It's part of the airport hotel which is located outside of security. Two - there is NOTHING here! Three - there is no space. It is tiny and there are a ton of people inside. No tables, no free space. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes until someone came and let me in. Who funds these lounges?? I honestly don't understand why they even exist. Such a waste of time and effort to get to.

Overall, extremely disappointing. Only plus is the staff. Aside from that, it’s pretty terrible. The bathrooms are disgusting. The baseboards are moldy and peeled off, as are all the walls. The concept of offering a shower is great - until you walk into a room full of mold. It was absolutely repulsive. Furthermore, there are no food options. Not sure why this is a Priority Pass lounge - it’s 1 flavour of chips, some generic candy bars, & that’s it. Cups and mugs are filthy. As many other reviews state, do yourself a favour and go pay a few dollars to sit elsewhere
