Always my pleasure
Air France Terminal 2G offers good facilities and attentive staff. The security process, however, can be quite slow, especially during the holiday season. Upgrading the system and integrating passport scanning technology could help streamline this and improve efficiency. The lounges are a standout feature—superbly run with excellent staff, delicious food, and a focus on providing a top-notch, client-centered experience. One area that needs improvement is the organization between Terminals 2E, 2F and 2G. For connecting flights, the process of moving between terminals is confusing and inefficient. It’s frustrating to go to one terminal only to have to backtrack again. A clearer and more straightforward connection system would significantly enhance the experience for travelers. Another issue is the limited number of toilets. Long walkways often lack restroom facilities, and there are no toilets conveniently located mid-way for passengers on transferring flights. Adding more restrooms throughout the terminal would greatly improve comfort and convenience.
Hardly accessible by public transport as an additional bus is required from the train station. I don't want to do this under time pressure and without priority at the security check...
The Air France Lounge in Terminal 2G is small, but has the excellent Air France standard. However, it is often crowded in the morning hours.
Very good selection of food and drinks. As usual in 🇫🇷, also some good Pomery Brut Royal Champagne. Air France quality!
”Mon travail c’est de vous faire payer!” Translation: ”My work is to make you pay!” Said by the Air France Gentleman Stewart this evening at the entrance of the Terminal 2G AF lounge to a Flying Blue Gold membrer. No more comment needed…
Just a lounge, usually very full
Comfy place before taking your flight wherever you go!
Very small and very intimate terminal It feels like a province A little silence is good
It feels a bit too crowded. They should organize the tables and seating in a way that doesn't feel you are on top of each other. Food is decent but not as good as the 2F terminal lounge.
Service: great, everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. All employees, amazing. Food: quite good variety actually. Plus, gluten-free bread! Atmosphere: it was so crowded that it blew a little bit for me. Also, the air conditioning was not being able to maintain a cool temperature.
They have very good settings arrangement and almost all the tables have phone chargers. Foods are great but of course airport pricing 🙁
I had a delightful experience at the Air France Lounge in Terminal 2F! 😊 The welcoming staff made me feel at home, although sometimes they seemed a bit overwhelmed with entries. The food selection was excellent and diverse, offering fresh and tasty options. My only suggestion would be to add more hot dishes, as they were occasionally missing. Also, it would be great to have a designated space for video meetings, as the lounge can get quite noisy. Perhaps a soundproof booth? Overall, Air France has done a fantastic job with this lounge! There's room for improvement, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. 🛫🍽️
The lounge does not have so spectacular view as the lounge in Terminal 2F. Nevertheless, there is big selection of snacks, drinks, food and baked sweet goods (I had a feeling that even bigger selection than in Terminal 2F) and there is everything one should expect in business lounge.
