Tried twice to enter with a priority pass within an 3 hour gap and the front desk lady kept making excuses as to that it wasn’t the best time to enter or it was too packed.

It was very nice tons of food but slow internet. Editing my review: My second visit- Nov 24 evening; there were no choices in Indian food. Beer wasn't offered. Didn't look like worth it.

Clean and welcoming place ideal for waiting for the flight, excellent internet connection, typically Indian food but with excellent biscuits, well-assorted drinks..

It has good food and provides a more quiet atmosphere rather than waiting for your flight on the general area. It has coffee, alcoholic drinks and both cold and hot food

Small and crowed but the butter chicken was good and they had a good selections of spirits to choice from. My only knock would be no one was wearing name tags. Everyone should have a name tag.

Not the typical lounge experience but good for a quick meal before the flight. They had rice, chole and quiche. Few cookies and a few bottles. Seats were alright, restroom wasn’t the cleanest.

The place is so small, very little selection of food. Don’t waste your time.

It was good Indian lounge but not full halal food

I went to the lounge on a Saturday morning as a priority pass member . At the counter I was told that they are only taking first and business class air India members till 12:30pm. No where was this mentioned and I was seriously disappointed. It wasn’t like the lounge was full either. The close by prime class lounge was rather decent which I visited after. Worst experience ever!

Past the target. Bad food. Cold. Cleanliness is inadequate. Toilets dirty. Glasses smeared. Way too small. And too expensive. At least with Priority Pass you don't pay extra. Too bad!

Sorry for the 2-star review. I almost went someplace else to wait for my flight. Fortunately, it was complimentary for me as a Star Alliance Gold member. However, for those paying with a Priority Pass, I wouldn’t recommend it. Limited seating and food options, with a weird atmosphere.

Impressive spread of food (both hot and cold) with authentic Indian options. Great selection of drinks and spirits. 1 big room with standard tables and chairs. No couches or sofas.

The food here was really quite delicious. I easily had a full meal full of variety that I’m sure was much better than many other options in the airport. Drinks and food are both self service as well, and there’s a fridge stocked with beers and mixers, as well as a shelf with spirits

The guy at the lounge reception was not friendly, not helpful to the brink of being rude. Lounge itself is rather so it felt crowdedfrom the few peoplein there, stained and worn off carpet, seating as in a cheap diner, only straight sitting at table as no comfy chairs. Food was quite okay but only choice for main was Indian food and tiny tasteless quiches. I cannot understand Singapore Airlines, who are rightly proud in their great service offer such "lounge" to their business class customers.

In general lounges in JFK are some of the worst in the world. This lounge is very small and when at full capacity it can get pretty loud. The food choices are limited but everything they have pretty tasty. There’s a little of everything so, even picky eaters will be happy. There’s WiFi, coffee, tea and Corona is only choice of beer. All in all, not great, but beats sitting at your gate.
