The lounge itself is nice and clean, but I'm docking two stars because the check in guy was really strange and rude. I asked if I needed to give the lounge code because it is like 20 digits long, and he said yes and snarkily that he knows how long it is. Then he asked if I was using my own code (which I was), and then said I didn't actually have to give the code. He also let people paying for a day pass cut in front of me in line so he could admit them faster. It was weird.
Alaska lounges at terminal 7 do not accept Priority Pass… you have to go to other terminal to access the lounge…
We enjoyed this lounge. Food was good, staff were super friendly. Wish it opened a bit earlier for the 7am flight to Seattle.
Kashif at the door was one of the most rude people I have ever met - not surprising this place has less than a 3 star rating
pathetic lounge. food is so disgusting
I’m surprise the low rating. Fefe was very personable and friendly. The overall staff was extremely respectful and helpful . If taking Alaska and at terminal 7. I highly recommend the Alaska lounge .
large lounge. Exceptional customer service. Barista makes custom coffees. High quality food, drinks, and snacks. New terminal construction has effectively blocked out the view 😓
The staff were very friendly and exceptionally attentive to our needs. The lounge was very clean, quiet, and stocked with several tasty snack options. The blueberry muffin and steamed milk were highlights!
Pros: Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious. Cons: Worst tasting scrambled eggs I’ve had in my life, tastes like some weird powder. Charging outlets in the chairs don’t work. Bar doesn’t open until 8am.
As an Admirals club member I was given the privilege of the lounge and found it to be very nice. The food was excellent and while the coffee bar and real bar were closed, plenty of options for coffee as well as water and juices.
So grateful for this Alaska lounge at JFK. This is a calm oasis pre ✈️, especially after what is usually a miserable experience going through security at this airport. The staff are so nice. A basic but good range of food & drink items. Great barista & coffee bar.
What do you see on the picture advertising alaska lounge? A man comfortably sitting in the chair with his legs up. So I took my shoes off and used 2 chairs to rest, when a lady (lounge worker named Lynn) approached me and started educating, asking me if I behave this way in the restaurants, telling me to take my feet off the chair. It’s 7 am in the morning, very few passengers are here at the lounge. I have a long travel ahead of me, pregnant and tired. This attitude is just horrible. While I was writing this review, I’ve asked what was her name, and was told that if I don’t enjoy my stay here she will get someone escort me out.
