Perfect place for a three hour layover. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.

Good lounge but one coffee machine was out and breakfast choice was limited

I used it because I had a 3 hour layover. There was more food and alcohol than I expected, and the place was empty.

The area is large and the conditions are pretty good.

Amazing and big lounge for the business class passengers of the AA & BA. Decent food variety and nice views of the tarmac.

The lounge is spacious and well designed. They have great food and great drinks selection.

Very pretty lounge, loved it!

Giant lounge with lots of little nooks and crannies to check out. Several places to get food. Plentiful alcohol, including bars and self-serve. If you're willing to walk, you can find more seating than just what you see when you walk in. An entire self-serve wine bar was a hit with our group. Made the time before our fight very enjoyable.

Spacious, a variety of comfortable seats, tasty hot and cold food, showers, with airplane view.

It took ages to get in, and very little choice of food. I was very happy to leave.

Wow! This lounge for British Airways was very pleasing. We had a layover here for about 6 hours and spent the afternoon lounging in the chairs and couches overlooking the runway. They had lite food like cheese and salad along with all the beverages and alcohol you could dream of. The champagne and rosè was very good. The selection of beers was wide. They had showers that were big but the water pressure was next to none. The service was quick and friendly. They had a bar pub like thing next to the main lounge and it had lots of pub food like pretzels and sandwiches. Farther down was another bar with lots of greenery and bar food as well. The food was all yummy and filling. The WiFi was quick and the lounge was a great place to get work done. It’s about a 2 minute walk down to the gate. Overall, very pleasant experience! 😊

No wine glasses, no hot water for tea, no forks, empty food trays and what's there it's cold, coffee machine broken, most soft drinks unavailable. Horrible experience don't travel business with BA

Excellent and spacious lounge serving American Airlines and British Airways Business and First Class passengers. Plenty of seating and a good selection of food and drinks, including spirits, beers and a huge range of flavoured soft drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative was when they informed me that the departure boards inside the lounge don’t update for delayed flights (and that I should keep coming back to them at lounge reception to check the status of my flight), not ideal when you are trying to relax in the lounge before your flight and not miss boarding. Really pretty spot with great food options, counted at least 4 bars, or at least spots to get a drink, there is a menu for ordering food plus a quality buffet (multiple buffet types) on par with the other nice lounges out there. Great seating, numerous different seating options and areas, and these kinds of lounges (higher end, that is) are never that crowded. Also they have canned water to avoid plastic!!! Huge win there

For those traveling business or first on a transcontinental flight, this is the best you can access in JFK Terminal 8. This spacious lounge offers excellent food, plenty of space, and tons of self serve alcohol, liquors, and other drinks. Breakfast is not as interesting as lunch/dinner options. At 10:30am, the Tasting Room opens with more premium foods. Definitely come here if you have the chance!
