They let me in only 3 hours before the flight! Since when do they do that? Bad attention Have employees who treat customers well Because we pay!!!

Pretty basic and bare bones lounge. Nothing particularly special about it.

Crowded, broken with disgusting food. Everyday same food with everything industrial. Unfortunately thats the lounge I have to pass most of the time as Schiphol is the airport I access to fly. Majority of the times I had to bring my food from home and eat there. What a shame!!!!

By far the worst lounge I have been. It is crowded and the food cannot be called food. They serve the same industrial stuff every single day for several years. What a shame for the manager.

You can get here just bread with a cheese. Good for those on diet.

Mediocre, old, poor food proposal.... to be avoid

The WORST lounge I have ever been too....firstly have to scan a QR code and then wait over an hour for your number to come up. Spent a grand total of 10 minutes in the lounge because of their antiquated waiting system. Thanks for ruining my transit experience. Did you ever think how this might affect the transit experience of a passenger? Do you think I want to transit through Schipol again? Well the easy answer to that is NO.

Very limited offer in terms of food, for example: cold cuts, only machine cheese and tenderloin (I went several times, it's not like it happened to me only once). The rest is excellent

Most terrible lounge. Not to par with European standards

I got turned away because I flew into the Schengen zone and my follow on flight was departing the non-Schengen zone. The country I live in, is a Schengen participating country. Why do I need to go through passport control 5 hours before my connecting flight (passport control normally doesn’t allow transfers [schengen to non Schengen] more than 2+ hours to departure) just to wait in another horrible lounge queue? The lady at reception was terrible, there was no language barrier and she still insisted I transfer passport control earlier than needed/requested.

This lounge is a disaster, the armchairs are old and dirty, there is no hygiene, the tables are full of grease and crumbs. The food is not great, too many people.

I came to Lounge26 around 9am. The mini pancakes and coffee were delicious. Maybe you couldn't hang your bag in the toilet stall. Everything is simple.

Long line to get in, furniture is old, very limited food selection.

Spacious lounge. It's a shame that several sofas have broken upholstery.

Average lounge, not worth visiting. One of the biggest airports in Europe, so you will find plenty of options to eat and relax. Poor selection of food, we arrived there around 2pm. Quick check-in and very professional at the reception desk. Lunch selection was very sad and poor: -Pumpkin soup -Green salad -Cherry tomatoes -Olives -Cheese slices -Ham slices -Chocolate brownie Beverages, you will find a coffee machine, draft beer and soft drinks/juices from machine. They have some spirits as well as wine. The place itself is not very well maintained as most of the sits were brokeb and leather was peeled off. Service was not the best for sure: They waitress only moved (slowly) with someone next to her otherwise will not move. They all wearing gloves wich is ok, but when they are clearing and cleaning tables with the globes and right after they touch the buffet without changing gloves. While restocking glasses they put fingers inside, with their magical gloves… maybe HACCP is different in the Netherlands but those are basics thst you shouldn’t do. Other thing that I really didn’t like, when the wine bottles were half way, they take them for refilling instead of bringing them new as they finished. Don’t know their wine selection but probably you not drinking what the label says. After that 2:15pm we left the lounge and decided to go for lunch somewhere at the airport.

Unlike the non-Schengen lounge, this lounge offered priority pass access (capacity). Food is rather basic. Drinks have good selection. Staff is attentive. Nice option to catch some daylight next to the outside terrace.

A spacious lounge with an acceptable variety of food and drinks, the bad thing is that access is a little delayed which creates lines

Sunday late afternoon. Almost all places occupied. The range of food on offer is at the lower end of the international Eprire Lounge. All in all, not a highlight and the ambience is more like a train station hall

Credit card lounge with very limited, and believe me it really is, food selection. Always packed and hard to find a spot where to sit. Skip it

Terrible attention. I had to stand in line and I was with an infant waiting for about 15 minutes.

As part of the priority pass, this is one of the worse lounges. Check in is rude, not to mention rude. Food always offered is the same-scooped-out-of-a-container rubbish. Clean, but that's all

Food was a bit basic, compared to other lounges I've been in. Beer was on tap, bit full of froth. Seating was very good and charging points were plentiful. All in all, it was good and served its purpose.

When I arrived they told me that I have to scan a Qr code on my phone and wait and when I opened the page to see how many people are ahead of me it says 145 person ahead of me so while I was waiting until my place comes I closed the Qr code by mistake after I waited an hour to find out that if you close the page you will use your spot and you have to scan the bar code again and wait from the beginning, I end up that I have to go to the gate to catch my flight without using it , I asked them that they should tell us that if you close the QR code page you will lose your spot, actually it wasn't a good experience

We searched 30 minutes to find the lounge and couldn’t locate it. We gave up.

Quite disappointed. We expected to be welcomed easily but apparently it’s better to reserve the table otherwise you can be surprised with 100 people still waiting to be seated!!!

ready for innovation. What do you call this a lounge? Food is really dramatic, 24/7 tomato soup with nothing. only plus are the drinks.

Worse lounge food I’ve ever had. Extremely few options, no type of protein, pasta or anything - tasteless food.

Despite the negative reviews we tried our luck and had no issues getting in on a quite Sunday afternoon. Yes, the food & drinks selection is limited, but the atmosphere was calm and everything was clean, so we had a relaxing stay before our flight home. I would definitely give it a try but probably not bother with a waiting list.

A very basic, nothing-fancy kind of lounge for priority pass holders. The seating was bright and spacious with abundant spots and lots of plugs. The service was okay, bathroom clean. The drinks and food selections were very limited. The only hot food selection available was a thin salty cream broth with breads and buns. Cold selection included a salad with olive oil, a potato salad and coleslaw. All drinks were self-serve including pouring your own beer from tap or making your own gin and tonic.

I had a not bad experience at the lounge. The food and drinks selection were limited but it was good enough. For priority pass members, we were asked to scan a QR code to join a queue for the wait.

Average at best. The food selection is very limited, for the hot options I only found soup, which was good. There are salad options, but not very exciting. Some snacks here and there. Drinks selection is ok, but also not very extensive. So, don't think you can eat something here, there are better places out there. The area itself is clean, but has seen better days. Some seats are ripped off and need fixing. The only redeeming factor is the free wi-fi, which is much better than the airport default free option.
