Nice lounge with airport view. Food service is limited, but lots of choice of drinks.

This priority pass lounge is ok the food selection is good but not the the greatest it had a decent size with nice staff and big windows. The wait time for me is around 5 minutes but it could be better.

Not much of a food selection

Ridiculous queue to wait, and it is really rude to ask you to leave and wait somewhere else because of the ‘security’ reason. Favourite airport the worst lounge ever

You get there and is "busy" so you have to put yourself in a wait list that had 100 people and an approximate wait time of an hour. The not so helpful girl at entrance says , next time read better the contract :) is there anything else to say?

Always full. There is a digital queue to go in. ‘There are 52 people ahead of you’ 😓

Very poor customer service. Staff need to be trained to deal with customers who have paid money for a premium service when travelling. Appalling front of house manner on show today.

The WORST lounge I have ever been too....firstly have to scan a QR code and then wait over an hour for your number to come up. Spent a grand total of 10 minutes in the lounge because of their antiquated waiting system. Thanks for ruining my transit experience. Did you ever think how this might affect the transit experience of a passenger? Do you think I want to transit through Schipol again? Well the easy answer to that is NO

Queue longer than the flight. Grumpy staff at the entrance.

Unfreundliches, unverschämtes Personal. Gäste werden dumm angesprochen, regelrecht angepöbelt.

If you pay you can enter right away. In case you are a Priority pass member you need to get a number and wait in line minimum of one hour. Worst experience ever. Waste of time and money

Representative standing outside to say lounge is full and scan the code to enter into the queue. 18 people ahead in the queue from last 1 hour 👎

Disappointing experience for Priority Pass members Unfortunately, there is little emphasis on a pleasant experience for Priority Pass users. Instead of getting direct access, I had to be put on a waiting list - with 78 people in front of me. Such waiting times are absolutely unacceptable in a lounge and reflect questionable business practice. It would be desirable if Priority Pass members were given priority access here.

Worst airport lounge I've EVER visited. At 10:30 A.M., I was told access for loungkey members would open at 1 pm. After waiting 2:30 hours, I came back and was told I would need to wait 2 hours more.

Extremely disappointing experience, the worst one I ever had in 20 years of frequent traveling. I arrived 3h before my departure flight, and there was no line whatsoever at the first check in spot, but they still made me scan a QR code, showing me as No 26 in line/queue. I was confused, since people were leaving the lounge, but no one went in. I stepped aside 20 feet to an area where I was able to charge my phone, and was asked to leave the area to go back downstairs (with no explanation, but it had to be so I don’t see what is really going on). Worst part: the employee was really rude about it, and didn’t explain anything. Before leaving, I then noticed someone leaving the lounge and asked him how busy it is inside. He assured me it was maybe at 35-40% capacity, with lots and lots of empty spaces. My assigned number stayed at 26 for almost 90 minutes, and then went down to 9 where it stayed till I had to leave to make my flight. This lounge needs a change in management, employee-training and severely need to revise their policies. Stop lying to people so obviously. You are providing a service, and you are getting paid for it handsomely, so please deliver on your end.

I pay €700 per year for a Priority Pass, only to be rejected five times in a row because the lounge is always full. I asked the attendant if I could at least get a coffee to go, mentioning how useless my membership feels, but was told no. This is absolutely unacceptable! If you can’t accommodate passengers, stop partnering with new programs—you’re scamming people.

It’s always crowded, has a terrible food selection, dirty toilets, you’re better off laying on the ground in the terminal building

I came to get a queue number at 9am and waited for almost 2 hours. It's almost boarding time, but it's not even close to my turn yet. I don't know how they are managing the queue.

Very rude staff. Discrimination based on airlines and pass you have. If you are in business of Lounge you need to manage the capacity required.

This lounge is always full. The waiting line has sometimes more than 100 people. They stayed for a year closed for renew but the size of the place is still really small for the number of visitors. Sure no VIP lounge.

The lounge is empty as the entire airport and they still want you to scan to join queue. The staff has zero idea how long is the waiting time. The lounge should be dropped from all lounge programmes.

13 Sep 2024 via Google Maps

Due to insufficient capacity, it is not possible to enter the lounge with a Priority Pass. And this in a period when it is not even busy at Schiphol. Worthless! So that Priority Pass can go straight into the trash.

Absolutely not worth it, we walked across the airport to be told there was no space. Even though there were clearly numerous empty seats and tables. Waiting for an hour to get in means there's no time to make use of these facilities... Who's ever going to an airport an hour earlier to even get into a lounge with below quality amenities? I'm considering stopping to pay for a credit card that makes travel more difficult: you'll never know whether you get into a lounge or not.

With a queuing system they keep you waiting although there are empty seating inside the lounge. Not rich in food and drink varieties. Seating comfort is just ok.

Good luck getting in if you have only a Priority Pass. You'll do a ton of walking for nothing. The lounge should find a better way to communicate when it's turning people away. Trial and error isn't it.

Useless lounge if the trashy airport system traps travelers in area of M gates and doesn’t let anyone go anywhere

“But it is busy” is never an excuse for a paid service, it means the lounge is undersized for its purpose. So no, I was not let inside. I paid 40 euro to let my counterpart join me in the Privium lounge.

Overcrowded, too many people through PP and other cards. No space for people with tickets in J/F from partner airlines.

This priority pass lounge was beautiful! The food selection was great and they had many different takeaway items. The seating was unique with various cozy areas to sit. Highly impressed. Not sure why others are giving such poor reviews, but they would be appalled at some of the US lounges as this tops anything I’ve seen in the states.

Love the new lounge design! Even includes some of the old British Airways lighting. The views are incredible if you like planes. The check in desk needs a better system. Some how was ignored by the agent. Said he never saw me but never looked left towards the queue and it appeared they had different roles at first. If you are using Dragon Pass has to to be the right hand terminal. Was incredibly busy at 7pm so settled for a chair near the entrance. Food selection was good for a third party lounge. Love the new design, far too crowded.

My first time in any business lounge, so not sure how to rate, but in general I quite liked it. But first with disadvantage - it seems to be the only Priority Pass lounge in the whole non-schengen AMS which is huge. So there is a queue at the entrance, where you get some kind of e-ticket and then you can wander around the airport until it's your turn in the line. I was on Sunday afternoon and ended up waiting 1.5 hours. Given that you're supposed to use the lounge 3 hours before departure, if you actually arrive at the lounge 3 hours before, it's quite likely you won't get a chance to enter at all this day. So arrive earlier. I was given number 59 and it took 1.5 hours. Note you have 10 minutes to show up when it's your time. But for the rest, it seems quite good. Quiet, nice views, spaces with electric sockets. Closer to the evening time the seating became more limited. Hot food, godly mushroom soup, cheese and ham, chips, snacks, orange juice and milk, tea and coffee. No showers found, but even if they exist, should be for the extra payment...

Very welcoming reception. Brand new place. Sockets available. Also special work seats. No bar (as far as I know) but all available alcoholic drinks are included. Food is okay. Dutch lunch menu: bread, salad and soup. I would like some more (warm) options. Plenty of drink options, but no bottles of water Little to no waiting time when I visited. Because the place is brand new, reception is welcoming and the current reviews see mostly to the old lounge I'm giving 5 stars. Otherwise 4 (or 4.5) stars. More food options and bottles of water would be appreciated, other than that keep up the good work.
