Very crowded, less space for so many people, not enough toilets, weak wifi, great bar I think you could do better 🙂

5 stars BEFORE the work in the terminal concerned. We could even be served a 21 year old Glenfiddish which we could enjoy at any time. Correction after work, the conditions of access to the lounge have changed and the service is no longer the same... obviously it is no longer a dedicated Etihad lounge but a grouping of several airlines... a factory where it will always be better to be with ordinary mortals but we are very far from the little corner of paradise that we once had.

Air Serbia flight. Economy Premium. Business lounge is included in the price. They didn't let me. They lie in the face.

Traveling on an Etihad Flight from Paris to Abu Dhabi at 2:30 in the afternoon. How can the lounge close from 12:30pm-6pm? Curious….

Very warm welcome and top service. Not always easy to find but it's motivating to go there and relax!

The lounge is spacious. The staff is very nice, professional and attentive. I was here for breakfast. They have a buffet with egg, sausage, beans and vegetables and pastries. There is also a menu you can order from with breakfast dishes. There is a playroom for kids, prayer rooms, a bar and tons of TV screens.

The worst Etihad lounge I’ve ever visited. The staff are incompetent, seems no one knows what they’re doing and there is no leadership. I’ve been waiting to wait in line for a shower. They said there is one person waiting before me. 45min later I’m still waiting and have has to ask 3 times. No one at the bar (with an array of liquors on display) does not know how to make an aperol spritz. Seriously?? They said they can only offer champagne. And this is their first and business class lounge. Unbelievable

This lounge would be 5 stars if it opened earlier in the afternoon. Note that it only opens 3 hours prior to flight departure. For travelers with connections from other points / airlines you may have to wait in the main terminal as none of the other opened lounges offer day passes. This was quite an inconvenience for me as I had scheduled video conferences that I ended up taking from Starbucks. Cuisine, wine and bar selection, staff, decor and comfort were all 5 stars otherwise

People who work in this Etihad lounge are doing excellent job. You instantly notice their warm and genuine service. Food options in the buffet are some what limited, but they provide a la carte menu to compensate for that.
