One of the worst Lounge Experiences. @Lufthansa should be ashamed to call this a Business Lounge. Elevators are not working so you need to take the stairs down. Since this seemed to be to difficult for some to find the right path the lounge was almost empty. Food was miserable, pasta, meat, soup everything overcooked and there for hours. Salad Buffet was a joke…Bread was dry and hard. It was quite cold in the lounge. Not sure how Lufthansa can operate this Lounge…avoid this lounge at all cost…

Very quiet lounge, sufficient selection of food, high quality. Service was quick and tidy, overall it wasn't a big deal that the lounge was in the basement. The route to the LH gates is pleasantly short. Internet and mobile communications were no problem, everything worked perfectly.

Tons of fruit flies hovering around and on the food and beer spigots. Something really needs to be done about the fruit flies. God knows where the maggots are spawning

Excellent service.

Always pleasant, usually quite empty, the food is good, the selection of drinks is good and the staff are always very friendly. There are also comfortable leather armchairs and of course WiFi, which makes up for the poor phone reception. Especially if you are familiar with the extremely full and narrow Lufthansa gates at Paris airport, you will appreciate the lounge.

Everything is there but the lounge is in the basement and therefore there is no network. In my opinion this is a no go

Good lounge, has everything you would expect from a Lufhansa lounge! Capacity varies greatly depending on departures.

Worst place ever, lady at the desk shouldn’t work there as she does not understand the statuses at Lufthansa at all!!!

It's a shame that the lounge is in the basement. Otherwise, the atmosphere here is pleasant and quiet, the selection of food and drinks is fine, and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Although it's in the basement with no windows, it's pleasantly empty compared to Frankfurt or Munich. Food and drinks are also at least on a par with other LH lounges. Access with Amex Platinum was possible on several occasions without any problems. And the way to the gates is very short.

Best location very close to gates but basement without windows. Excellent wine choice and quite decent food as well, very good service just really the basement is not up to date for modern lounges

If I could give zero stars, it still wouldn't be enough. They outright denied entry. The receptionists were rude and dismissive. I had to endure a long, unnecessary argument just to access this terrible business lounge, which is worse than most lounges you can enter for free with any credit card. Absolutely infuriating!

Exceptional Lounge. Really off the charts in every aspect. Food offering is cold, boring and most options were empty. Staff did not care about refilling during the two hours we’ve spent here. The interior looks like a doctors office‘s waiting area in a third world country. Very sad and depressing overall. All underscored by my favourite part: no daylight 🥰. With the beautiful views of the runway at the gates, Lufthansa decided it would be best to build the lounge under the earth and I have to say it goes really well with the overall atmosphere of the place. Well done. The decoration for the Olympics was extremely entertaining. Marble cake was a solid 4.5/5. Would come again!

Nice and quite little lounge.

Contrary to some other reviews, I found the Senator Lounge at CDG Airport to be excellent! The staff were very friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. The seating was comfortable, and the lounge maintained a quiet and clean environment. Although there are no windows, this was not an issue for me personally. Overall, CDG Airport is very efficient, with friendly staff from check-in to departure. In comparison, airports like Hamburg or Vienna do not come close to matching the quality and service provided here. Highly recommended!
