Had to sign up and wait for entry as a priority pass member. The waitlist said 15 min but it was only 5 min. Got access without any special ticket on Christmas Eve.

Stopped by before our Lufthansa flight late in the evening. The check in staff were fantastic - quick and simple check in with no nonsense! The lounge was fantastic - elegant and comfortable. The food and drink options were excellent too. We went to the bar for the duration and the barman Shiva was outstanding - so friendly and attending. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back the next time we fly out of Terminal 1!

What a nice lounge.. the staff is incredible. From check in to bar staff. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel like a VIP. I’d like to shout out our bartender Shiva for a friendly smile and great service. Next time I fly from Terminal 1, this will be my number one choice of stops from all lounges.

I had an excellent time here after the Air France lounge turned me away because of Priority Pass. Johanna was excellent and accommodating, the food was great, loved the space, and had an overall great time. Highly recommend

Friendly staff. Look for Amrit who’s been very nice and accommodating to all guests. Overall, the lounge is very relaxing. Food choices are limited but taste is okay. Drinks selection is great!

Kind staff. Generous pours

Came at the tail end of the night. As for the guys of the lounge, lacking. Kind of small and packed as the night rolled on. Bathroom situation isn't ideal as they apparently locked the shower suites, so there's only 2 stalls for a room not to exceed 200#. The food was fine, nothing exceptional. The service was attentive and the workers were happy and friendly. This is the place where my experience shines and brings the 4th star. Otherwise, it's a solid 3*. To the employees that keep this place running with a smile, kudos!

We stopped by Primeclass before our flight to Taiwan. Was a really easy check in process with our Priority Pass. The lounge is beautiful, with modern interiors, nice bar area. It’s very well maintained. Tables get cleaned super quick. There’s free wifi. The lounge serves lots of good food. It also has quality snacks. Lots of sodas, coffee, tea and water available as well. We were here for an hour and half, throughly enjoyed our time.

There are a few Priority Pass lounges in Terminal 1 that you can choose from. We picked this one because the pictures looked the best and it had the best reviews. It was just okay. We stopped in at around 8 on a Thursday night and it wasn’t full but I can see it getting crowded during busier hours. The food is very lackluster. There’s a salad bar that has some pasta salad, veggies, cheeses, and some hot food. On this day, they had pasta, chicken, spring vegetables, and rice pilaf but all looked like they came from a frozen dinner. Good thing we brought our own food because none of it looked appetizing. They also had tomato basil soup, and broccoli cheddar, which was mediocre. The water from the filter tasted a bit off so we ended up just buying bottled water. Wish we stopped by a different lounge instead but as I always say, any lounge is better than no lounge.

Decent lounge. We preferred it to our previous experience in the Lufthansa lounge. Service was great- friendly, helpful staff. Food was nothing exciting but i did notice the dishes were less salty, which is a plus in my book. Especially before flying! Bartender was great.
