La macchina per le bevande calde non funziona correttamente. Manca molto cibo indicato nelle descrizioni. Personale cordiale e pronto nello sparecchiare. Ambiente gradevole e pulito.
Absolute rudest venue in ATL. Shocking how nasty most of these employees are. Just left the club after ten minutes. Disgusting. And dirty. Wow.
This is bar far the worst lounge I have ever seen too. The staff are rude and arrogant, the place is filthy and the food is average at best... there's a reason this lounge got a 1 star in it's food, health and safety inspection.
They consider this as one of the flagship lounges. The lounge itself is beautiful however the food is a bit disappointing. The breakfast hours selection were not creative nor appealing but they were just sufficient. The bakery selection is also very limited. The facility is good, they have outdoor seating , shower area and very clean bathroom. Overall if you are looking for food go elsewhere. But for ambient this is a good choice.
An Oasis Amidst one of the Busiest Airport in the World. This is one of the Best Centurion Lounge in the States. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sense of calm and greenery that's hard to find in the bustling airport environment The lounge's centerpiece is a magnificent, mature tree that adds a touch of nature and tranquility to the space. One of the largest Centurion with open floor plan unlike JFK/DFW with ample natural light and there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy - a real treat for an airport lounge. There are two buffet stations with a little line during busy hours, I was there around 11am, a line for food when they first did the lunch changeover but not longer than 5mins with plenty of drink stations. There is a whiskey bar offering a wide selection of premium spirits to savor. There's a variety of seating options with cubicles, open tables, playroom and multiple phone rooms. The combination of natural elements, premium amenities, and ample space makes it a top-tier lounge that I highly recommend even if you are in different terminal. I ddn't get a chance to visit the Delta flagship in B, much longer line there when I passed by.
OMG the noisiest club back by the food area employees are banging things around almost on purpose This is by no means a flagship club been a Amex Plat member 43 years I love the Centurion Clubs! Outside looks nice though Will go outside
Front desk staff is excellent. Otherwise incredibly rude workers. It seems they make a project to drop and smash as much ceramic ware as possible. It is so jarring and unpleasant.
Bar none, the best lounge in the Atlanta airport.
Not sure why this doesn’t have better ratings! I’ve always thought centurion lounges were nice, and this one doesn’t disappoint! It’s HUGE. Sometimes there is a wait for the bar, but never more than a few minutes. I did have to keep my dirty dishes a little while before someone came by but not too bad. Lots of room for food and it’s very spread out! We didn’t have to wait on a Friday at 4, but at 6 when we were walking out; there was quite a wait! So glad the centurion lounge is finally available in Atlanta!! It’s worth the treck from another gate. Thanks Amex!
Everything was great, except for an enormous amount of small flies flying around the bar. It should be cleaned better, avoid open sweet foods, and install fans at the outside entrance doors to avoid those….
Awesome place to visit while waiting for your flight. You will need an American Express Platinum for entry.
I was so excited to check this out. The front desk staff Tereale was super nice and friendly. HOWEVER, the rest of the facility fell short. Yes, it was very pretty inside. The decor was beautiful, but the rest was underwhelming. Food was sparse, not one dessert left. The staff was horrible. Not friendly. They look at you as if YOU need to move out of their way. Not helpful at all. Asked about dessert and food in general. One staffer said, "you can eat the fruit.. that's a dessert." The hype about this lounge is working as it was really crowded. I would rather go to the Delta lounge. Nicer everything and the food there was much better.
The centurion lounge in Atlanta is best compared to a Range Rover. Fancy on the outside but a piece of crap on the inside. They draw people in with the name and exclusivity but what's behind the doors is the same rude staff, fruit fly infested, dirty dish venue you could find anywhere else without a platinum card. And if you come here for peace and quiet or a secluded place to work, good luck finding a spot... or at least one that has been cleared of the piles of dirty dishes from the last guest. Be wary of how filthy the "clean" dishes are. I couldn't even try the food because there was not a clean vessel in site.
Visited on a Tuesday at 12N. This lounge is beautiful and enormous. Pro’s: The front desk was very friendly and efficient. The lounge area seemed clean. The food was plentiful and delicious. I love that there were separate quiet areas for phone calls, etc. Parents were actually using the multipurpose room to feed and corral toddlers. Used dishes were picked up quickly and I saw multiple people cleaning. Con’s: The ladies room could have used some help as far as cleanliness and several soap dispensers were empty. The lady at the bar in the reserve couldn’t be bothered to even say hello. It was empty and I stood there looking at their selection for a good bit with no acknowledgment even though she was standing right in front of me.
I recently visited the recent opened American Express Centurion Lounge at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This lounge has been open less than 6 months and is the largest Centurion Lounge ever built. It was bright and clean with lots of seating and tables. The lounge also has several outside seating areas which I thought was a great addition. We were there at 10am and the breakfast food was excellent. In particular, I liked the biscuits & gravy and fried ham. The gravy had just a touch of spice in it and it was fantastic. My wife had an espresso martini and she said it was great.
The Centurion Lounge in Atlanta offers a mixed experience. The food is decent, especially for airport lounge standards, providing a variety of options that are satisfying enough for a pre-flight meal. The atmosphere truly stands out, creating a comfortable and relaxing space that feels like a haven amidst the airport's hustle and bustle. However, be prepared for some challenges during peak hours. Finding a seat can be tough, and even once seated, getting a drink might take longer than expected due to the crowd. On the bright side, the staff is exceptionally friendly and constantly working to keep the lounge clean and tidy. Despite the occasional inconvenience, the overall experience is positive, making it a worthwhile stop if you have some time before your flight.
This Centurion Lounge almost makes it worth traveling through Atlanta. It still has the new lounge smell! Everything is well laid out. Lots of plants inside. Two outdoor patios. Comfy seats abound. There are outlets everywhere. We came through early morning, and breakfast was great! Coffee is fairly generic, but everything else was solid. No crowds this early, which gave the place a super chill vibe.
