Beautiful lounge, hard to get into. Last time we visited it was full and there was a waiting list. We only managed to access the lounge about 30 minutes before our boarding time. Staff was always very friendly and above expectations.

Friendly welcome and overall very attentive and friendly staff. Less busy and more quiet compared to the Star Alliance lounge. Only a few food options but overall good quality.

It’s the Chinese lunar new year eve, wishing everyone a happy and healthy year of dragon. As usual, this one is a good place to rest before the flight. For some reason I wanted a burger. When I couldn’t order at the Burger King, I retorted to here … and I did get my burger. During my younger days, I won’t leave a minute early than necessary. Now I’m an early arrival, just to spare the stress of running late, which means I’ve more time to use Amex lounge. Oh well.

Wow! I’m really travelling a lot and this lounge was the best in the whole world. It’s small, calm but the food, especially the burger and la carte and the drinks are super delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful lounge but it appears to be the only true benefit in holding the American Express Platinum Card. None of the other benefits seem to be available or worth the cost associated with it. Truly a shame as I will be terminating my account with American Express due to the poor service on the other benefits. What like about the lounge is the access to the alcohol, including champagne. I love the wonderful coffee and other beverages available too. I will say that the food options are limited here. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We didn’t know how to use the coffee machine and they assisted us. The last time we visited we relived a complimentary massage, which was just incredible. This time, however, no massage was offered to us.
