5 stars for service. But the food has extremely limited option. There was beef for protein on the day of our visit. No other option. The place is also compact unlike Atlanta and some other locations which are massive. Overall, an amazing place to relax and wind down. Showers are wonderful with French toiletries.

Lounge was packed I had to be placed in a queue and after about 50 minutes I was called to come back, lounge is small and I was told they are currently building a new one with more space which is good news because it is needed, I came across a lot of pissed off people. Once I got into the lounge it was tight and seats not easy to find. Once I settled in I got some food which I wasn't a huge fan of all I can say is that it was free so I'll give them that! The bathrooms a small and tight but the overall atmosphere of the lounge was very clean and nice and workers very helpful.

The food here is designed my Michael Solomonov , a famous Israeli chef in Philly, so the food has a middle eastern vibe and it’s usually very good, healthy, and fresh. The service here is good too. The only reason they don’t have 5 stars, is there is usually a 30-45 minute wait, this place gets crazy crowded

As always good mix of quality food at the lounge. I especially appreciate how they always have seasonal fruit! The morning shots of pineapple banana (and one other ingredient) were really great. I was here early morning on a Sunday so wasn’t too busy.

Great food and a great atmosphere. It's worth paying Amex yearly fees. I recommend it to everyone. Please join the team you won't regret. Breakfast great! Lunch great! Dinner great! Free 🍸 drinks. You cannot beat it. $50 for an extra guest. 3 hrs before boarding, but they work with you for accommodation. Honestly service is phenomenal here.
