Didn’t allow priority pass holders after 1pm, which seems arbitrary and maybe early. I just wish they would put that info in the priority pass app.

Online ordering system does not work

Disappointing Experience I’ve visited several lounges at JFK, and this was by far the most underwhelming. When you’re paying a premium for a ticket, decent food should be a given—but the quality here was shocking. The service from was good, but that’s where the positives end. The lounge feels outdated—come on, Virgin, this is 2024! As for the food? Let’s just say fast food could have done better. This was my second chance flying Virgin Atlantic, and I’m officially done. Moving forward, I’ll stick to British Airways or the Middle Eastern airlines that truly understand premium service.

Terrible service since u enter from the entrance. No smiley face or any greeting like I owe you million dollar. The worse lounge ever I been 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Hot water is spoiled too and end up we shower with icy cold water.

Pay and wait for food and drinks that come for free at most lounges or hotel breakfasts. Would have chosen an alternative if I had known.

The main meals in Virgin’s lounge are ordered online No matter the main course or the appetizers, they are all exquisite and carefully prepared. The hot fried chicken is perfect for cold weather In addition, the dried fruit bread on the cheese platter is very delicious The wine list is not extensive, but there is a mix of red wine and even champagne. They all taste good too The hot apple cake for dessert is amazing The chocolate pistachio cookies are also delicious The privacy and comfort of the resting environment are very good There are toilets, showers and other facilities

Wonderful Lounge , Immaculately maintained. Very warm hospitality by Preet, made our pre return journey experience to India a very memorable and happy experience.

Just superb, you really feel looked after anr welcomed... And the lovely staff donut just as well as London.

Super friendly staff, great place to start the day and plenty of room… You scan a QR code and order through your phone with table service. The food is delicious and exactly what I needed to start the day before a long international flight.

We had a terrific send off here, delicious food and great service from the charming Charmayne. Spacious and comfortable lounge, lots of unique areas to relax. The people who post about having to pay for food are not traveling on Virgin Upper Class, they’re using Priority Pass, Plaza Premium or something similar and that’s only early in the day.

A tasty and quiet experience. No great variety of food, but the options are nice and the quality is very good. Tea is good, and staff was friendly. Coffee was as bad as in any lounge I've visited, so I'll avoid letting that affect the rating.

One of, if not the best lounge I’ve been to. Spacious, lots of different seating options, really nice views…I was there mid morning and it wasn’t crowded. I relaxed into a lounge chair—the kind I always wish lounges had but almost never do! I much prefer the QR code order system for freshly prepared food, I had a delicious breakfast and espresso drink, all made quickly and with super kind servers. I didn’t get a chance to check out the other amenities but hope to soon! I would absolutely recommend this lounge and come back in a heartbeat. Oh and I used Priority Pass for entry! I tried to go into the Primeclass lounge across from this one and left immediately, thank goodness I found this much better alternative!

Fantastic experience. Staff were phenomenal. So helpful and friendly. The views of the airport were spectacular especially as we were there at sunset. Loads of different seating areas with very comfy chairs. The only downside in my opinion is that food and drink has to be ordered via app or via a member of staff. Most lounges have a running buffet for food so you can graze. Having to order more formally wasn't really my thing. Saying that, the whole experience was very pleasant and removed you from the chaos of the airport. Food was nice but nothing special.
