So crowded, lots of dirty tables. Sad lounge.
Large lounge with average food and drinks.
Compared to the 2F show, we are far below. Lots of people in an almost enclosed place, without a view and with a temperature that was too hot. Little space and the nap area is not enclosed. Damage. If you have the choice, take the 2F without hesitation! The reception and service people are of course very professional and friendly.
Dark and depressive under ground. Overcrowded and took a long time to find seats. Good showers and good food tho
Take Entrance 8d for Mobility Assistance at CDG 2E terminal.
One of my least favorite lounges. Feels like it’s in a dungeon. Food selection is underwhelming. It’s often hot and crowded. Only plus is the self service bar.
Very rude staff. If I can do negative rating I would . Dad is on a wheelchair, they don't allow anyone to go assist and no one is available to provide assistance also. Really bad experience.
How can air France justify not even having a circa 1995 buzzer system for cueing for showers? Instead you waste your guests' time in a physical line of indeterminate duration.
Pretty embarrassing for AirFrance to offer this lounge in their home airport to international travelers during the Olympics. Low ceilings, horrible food, and dated decor. The staff are lovely, however.
Exceptionally rude staff all around and laughable catering. Easily the worst lounge in CDG
Hot and crowded, low ceilings, in the basement, claustrophobic. Horrible tiny dirty bathrooms. No view. Mediocre food at best. All self service, including the bar. Soft drinks were not cold. Furnishings are outdated. Very disappointing in my overall international business class trip with Air France. Will not be flying them again. I soon left the overly crowded disappointing lounge and took a few cans of soda to the gate, which was a lot nicer space.
I never saw the inside of the lounge because I was turned away. The one star is for Delta and Delta Amex for not collaborating with their airline partner Air France to allow their Premier Select and Purple card holders access to this or ANY Lounge in CDG. Just wanted to post this so all of you Delta and Centurion card holders don’t waste your time.
Spacious lounge, luminous, comfortable and with various amenities such is Clarins Hub, shower and sauna room, resting room (to take a nap). Food options are just ok, nonetheless, the quality is very nice. Crowed but clean. Walk-in is accepted, the cost is €75.
One of the better lounges we have been in. The food was excellent, particularly the Beef Bourguignon which was very tender and perfectly seasoned. There were choices to suit many different tastes. The only downside was because our flight was in a different terminal, there were was no information on the departure screens. As a result, we left and found when arriving at our terminal the flight had been delayed by 40 minutes. Had we known, we would not have left the lounge,
Very good lounge, about a 3 min walk from security and down a staircase. There is an elevator available if you have luggage. Lounge itself isn’t huge but has a good amount of space. Toilets and showers available. Design could use an upgrade but is not that bad. A few smaller rooms for a more cozy comfortable feel. Most chairs have a good amount of charging ports and places to put food and drink. The food however is where this lounge really excels… quality and range of what’s on offer is great. Especially sweet things as there’s almost a proper Parisian patisserie on offer… good amount of savoury options and alcoholic drinks. Coffee machine is decent but there could be a better selection of soft drinks and water. All in all a good lounge to spend an hour or so relaxing, close to the main hall with the gates and worth a visit…
