KLM Completes Transition to Premium Comfort Class on All Boeing 777 and 787 Aircraft

KLM has completed the largest product change in years. In two years, all Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft have been equipped with the new Premium Comfort Class. In a press release, KLM announced that it takes four to sixteen days per aircraft to install the new class.

Over the past two years, colleagues have worked very hard to make the addition of this new class possible. Passengers now have an extra option when booking a ticket, in addition to World Business Class and Economy Class.

Are you flying on an intercontinental flight with KLM soon? There's a good chance you'll be traveling on a newly outfitted Boeing 777 or 787. Over the past two years, KLM has converted 54 of its Boeing aircraft and added the new Premium Comfort Class to these planes.

The chart below shows the available Premium Comfort seats per aircraft. To create space, KLM decided to convert some of the Economy (Comfort) rows.
